Limited Warranty

Arctix branded products are covered by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If the product was purchased from an Authorized Retailer, please reach out to the retailer first before filing your claim for any possible credit/refund or exchanges. If the retailer cannot help, we will happily offer further assistance.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

This warranty is only available in the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada.

If a product is eligible for warranty, we will replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided.
