What is your return policy?

Arctix stands proudly behind its gear. If something isn't quite right, products purchased through arctix.com can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. To set up a return, click here.

Returns are subject to a $9.99 processing fee.

Shopping during the holidays? Enjoy our extended holiday return policy. For items purchased on arctix.com as early as November 1, 2022, you have until January 31, 2023 to return your items.

If I returned an item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a $9.99 processing fee. Please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at customerservice@arctix.com and we’ll see what we can do! If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back within 30 days of purchase.

Does Arctix Warranty products?
