What is your return policy?
Arctix stands proudly behind its gear. If something isn't quite right, products purchased through arctix.com can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Products can be returned for store credit up to 60 days after purchase and must also be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. All returns are subject to a $9.99 processing fee.

If I returned an item, when can I expect my refund to be processed?
We are always working to promptly process customer returns. After you’ve shipped your return, you will be notified that it has been received at our warehouse. Please note returns can take 5-10 days to be processed once received. The return will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment less a $9.99 processing fee.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us at customerservice@arctix.com and we’ll see what we can do! If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back within 30 days of purchase.

Does Arctix Warranty products?
